So, this is the message at the end of the disputes.

After received the message, my funds was reversed. But of course it is the fund you deposit and not the funds that u earned at the particular site. But still, I'm happy with it cause i had invested quite a large amount of money into SolidFinance. Thanks to AlertPay for helping me to resolve this issues.
1) Before sending disputes to AlertPay, make sure you send your dispute to AlertPay politely, fill in all the required information before submit to AlertPay and also print screen any information that can proof that the merchant had cheated you and submit it together.
2) After AlertPay had review your disputes, you will be notified by AlertPay with a email regarding this issues by giving both you and the merchant 5 business days (AlertPay working hours: Monday - Friday) to respond to the ticket.
3) If the merchant did not reply you within 5 business days. You will have to respond to the ticket regarding the merchant did not respond the ticket, or else you will NOT get back your funds.
4) After you had respond to the ticket, wait for the respective staff to reply to you regarding this issues and this is where you will know whether you will get back your funds or not. It may takes few days or many few hours for the respective staff to reply you. As for me, I get replied after 15 hours I had respond to the ticket.
